what if

What if? is a conceptual media project that explores history through alternative scenarios. Instead of presenting historical events as fixed outcomes, the project invites users to actively engage with moments of decision — and reflect on how individual choices shape collective reality.

The concept is based on interactive storytelling. Users navigate through historical scenarios by making decisions, experiencing consequences, and comparing their chosen paths with actual historical outcomes. This approach turns passive knowledge into an active, personal experience.

My focus within the project lay in concept development, user-centered design, and the translation of complex historical content into a clear, accessible interface. Research, simplification, and narrative structure played a central role in making abstract topics understandable without reducing their depth.

What if? aims to make history tangible — not as a collection of facts, but as a space for reflection, critical thinking, and informed decision-making.
